Buyer & Seller Guides
I designed a Seller's Guide booklet for a group of agents based on their brand. I was given the content and brand information (e.g. fonts, colors, logos, previous designs, etc) and Royal LePage Atlantic's Buyer and Seller Guide templates. The design was largely based on Royal LePage Atlantic's Lux template, but with lots of modifications to match the group's brand.
Pop-Bys
I was asked to create custom pop-by templates based on the agency's previous pop-by templates but with different ideas, graphics and text. I was given the old/existing pop-pys and asked to create additional ones for Mother's Day, Father's Day, Spring and Summer. I used Canva to create the designs and InDesign to put everything together.

Lawn Sign
I was asked to create a light, modern looking lawn sign based on the agent's brand
Sign Riders
I was given the agent's lawn sign and asked to create sign riders that would work with it and with the agent's brand.
Prospecting Letter
I was asked to create a prospecting letter for an agent. I was given the content and the agent's information. The fonts were taken from previous letters. I created the graphics using stock images.
