Buyer & Seller Guides
I designed a Seller's Guide booklet for a group of agents based on their brand. I was given the content, brand information (e.g. fonts, colors, logos, previous designs, etc) and Royal LePage Atlantic's Buyer & Seller Guide templates. The design was largely based on Royal LePage Atlantic's Lux template, but with lots of modifications to match the group's brand.
Pop-By Tags - 2025 Designs
Halloween
I was tasked with creating a pop-by tag template for Halloween. I came up with the idea to make it vampire themed and I modified a Canva template to create the graphics. The original template looked very different. I imported my design from Canva into InDesign to create the final design.
The text mostly came from the coordinators, but I had some input. We collaborated to finalize the design and content.

I was tasked with creating social media images for International Women's Day. The text and dimensions were given to me. I used Canva to create the images by modifying an existing template. The original template looked very different. This design was created for a specific agent who has a brand, so I made sure to match the design to the agent's brand.

I was asked to create a prospecting letter for an agent. I was given the content and the agent's information. The fonts were taken from previous letters. I created the graphics using stock images.
Pop-By Tags - 2024 Designs
I was asked to create custom pop-by templates based on the agency's previous pop-by templates but with different ideas, graphics and text. I was given the old/existing pop-pys and asked to create additional ones for Mother's Day, Father's Day, Spring and Summer. I used Canva to create the designs and InDesign to put everything together.
